64CHANNEL DIGILOG DIO CONTROLLER (DIGILOG 64DIOC-00 &-01) CARDs

Designed to be a programmable controller with 64 digital I/Os which is pre-programmed and operates autonomously or USER programmable and can be controlled remotely with COMMUNICATION either from a PLC or a computer through a twisted pair of wire/communication cable.
The 64DIOC-00 has 48 DIO Ports AND 16nos 16Bit ONBOARD Analog Channels. In DIO section, 6 daughter boards each with 8DI or 8DOs can be mounted on the motherboard and the processor on the motherboard can accordingly be configured for daughter boards
The 64DIOC-01 has 64 IO Ports in which 8 DAUGHTER BOARDS (DI/DO/AI can be fitted and programmed in multiples of 8DI or 8DO. Max no AI cards are two (5V/4-20mA) totaling 16 channels with 10bit accuracy. Total AI+DI+DO= 64.
64DIOCXX is a compact unit that can be mounted o a back panel or on DIN rails and can operate from 12 to 24VDC supply. The DI or DO levels can be accordingly 5VDC,12VDC to 24VDC.

All the signals are brought out on to the compact terminals at either edge of the unit.

The unit is equipped with RS485 MODBUS and/or Ethernet &  can also work of I2C or SPI signals hence multiple units can be connected to expand IOs.
Interfaces Like  SPI/I2C ADC, RTC, etc. ?

The logic for the unit can be written in Arduino IDE. Onboard Serial ports can be used to add adaptor cards for RS232/422/USB communications.

The DD-IO-CC with daughter boards can be configured as a 64Port PLC and can be connected to HMIs with RS45 Modbus communication and thus opening immense application possibilities.

Also multiple units can be cascaded as daisy chain units thus expanding I/O capacity.
Each DI consumes only XX microamps and DO can deliver upto 100mA when HI.

I/Os can be connected through the screw terminals.
